We went to the fair this week on Tuesday. Yes, it was raining most of the day and so that was not the greatest, but there were hardly any people there and so that was great. We got to eat lots of food and ride some rides and so we all had a great time. The girls thought that it was really fun jumping in all the puddles and getting wet, so they were not upset about the weather at all. The best thing that we had to eat this year was definitely the fried butter which was more like a biscuit, but wow it was good. We look forward to the fair every year and this was a fun year because both the girls were able to do many things and had lots of fun. Also, my brother was working out there with the Dallas Police Dept. and so we were able to walk around with him all day because there was hardly anyone there and so no drama that he had to be worried about. It was great to get to spend the day with him since we do not get to see him all that often.

My brother was working at the fair as a police officer and so one of the people that he met in the games let Jordyn play a game and gave her a big Sonic the hedgehog doll. She was excited even though she had no idea what it was.

Looks like y'all had fun despite the rain! We went on Wednesday and it was super muggy but we had a good time. Love Jordyn's haircut!
